West Bath Fire Department proudly protects 2900 people living in an area of 11 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. We have an ISO rating of 9.
Our department has 40 members, Firefighters, E.M.T'S Support staff and Juniors. We have a mutual aid agreement with 10 communities and provide extrication to the City of Bath.
We are a first responder service EMT-B permitted to the Paramedic level. The City of Bath provides our transport.
